1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and using LegalPack AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
LegalPack AI uses artificial intelligence to analyse UK property auction legal packs and identify potential risks, hidden costs, and issues within documents. The Service is provided for informational purposes to assist buyers in understanding legal pack documents.
3. Not legal advice
The analysis produced by LegalPack AI does not constitute legal advice. We are not a law firm and do not provide regulated legal services. Analysis results should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal advice from a qualified solicitor. Always seek independent legal advice before bidding at auction or purchasing property.
4. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be 18 or older to use the Service
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account
- One account per person — do not share accounts
5. Payments and subscriptions
- Pay As You Go credits are non-refundable once an analysis has been run
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically — cancel any time from your account settings
- Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
- Refunds are at our discretion and considered on a case-by-case basis
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload documents you do not have the right to share
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Share your account credentials with others
7. Accuracy of analysis
While we strive for accuracy, AI analysis may not identify every issue in a legal pack. The completeness of analysis depends on the quality and completeness of documents uploaded. We make no warranty that analysis results are complete, accurate, or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LegalPack AI shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on analysis results, including but not limited to financial loss from property transactions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
9. Intellectual property
The LegalPack AI platform, branding, and technology are our intellectual property. Analysis reports generated for your documents belong to you.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
