LegalPack AI ("we", "us", "our") operates legalpackai.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email address, and password when you create an account
- Legal pack documents — files you upload for analysis (PDFs, images, ZIPs)
- Usage data — analyses run, reports saved, and feature usage
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details
How we use your information
- To provide and improve our legal pack analysis service
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send essential service communications (receipts, account alerts)
- To analyse usage patterns and improve our AI models
Document handling
Legal pack documents you upload are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. Documents are processed in memory and are not permanently stored by Anthropic. We store the resulting analysis report in your account — not the original documents. You can delete your reports at any time.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Anthropic — for AI analysis (document content only, not personal details)
- Supabase — for database and authentication
- Stripe — for payment processing
Data retention
We retain your account data and analysis reports for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us at the address below.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase, and tokenised payments via Stripe. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however we take all reasonable precautions.
